Sandy Apgar, based in Baltimore, advises senior executives and board members on real estate strategy and management. An award-winning consultant, author, and public official, he is a long-serving ULI member, a ULI Foundation governor, and a former ULI trustee, and has chaired three ULI product councils. He also was deputy secretary of the U.S. Army from 1998 to 2001.
