POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Content Marketing, the Associate, Content Marketing, assists in planning, coordinating, and producing promotional material that is aligned with ULI’s global content marketing strategy. The Associate will also assist in publishing the Institute’s thought leadership to ULI’s Knowledge Finder platform.
The Associate supports the Communications, Member Insights and Engagement Team and works in collaboration with the Global Content Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build relationships and work cross-functionally with the Institute’s various departments, including ULI Centers & Initiatives, Communications, Member Engagement, Brand, and Urban Land magazine to support the day-to-day coordination of marketing project plans with internal teams.
- Monitor the intake process and lead on updating, adding, and editing of report publications on Knowledge Finder.
- Work alongside other teammates to ensure that promotional content is appropriately and consistently featured across all ULI channels (newsletters, web pages, social media, etc.).
- Assist in creating sharable content promoting ULI thought leadership appropriate for specific networks and platforms, collaborating with various team members on asset and copy creation as needed (promotional toolkits, social media assets, and more).
- Support the upkeep of ULI’s global content marketing calendar and facilitate monthly cross-team meetings through detailed note-taking.
- Contribute to ongoing reporting on content marketing campaigns for all major releases, reporting results 60 days after launch through the coordination and delivery of results reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 – 3 years of related experience preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects while remaining flexible, proactive, and highly professional.
- Exceptional organizational, project, and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work across multiple teams.
- Desired experience and skills include Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite/Canva or similar platforms, as well as proficiency in social media marketing, with an understanding of each network and its best practices.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a business-related field.
