ULI’s strategic partner in Singapore, the Centre for Liveable Cities, recently convened its annual international Cities Summit keynoted by ULI’s CEO Patrick Phillips and honoring New York City’s Mayor Michael Bloomberg.  At the event, Shell’s Jeremy Bentham outlines contrasting scenarios on the market balance between energy supply and the cultivation of energy demand in urban communities, “The choices that are made now will affect us for the next three or four decades.”
