The San Bernardino Community College District seeks partners to maximize the value of a 15-acre site in one of the fastest growing regions in the country.

To provide affordable housing to its students, the District is prepared to leverage the value of a district-owned, 15-acre land adjacent to the San Bernardino Valley College campus and its institutional relationships to develop a mixture of community-serving uses, including residential, retail, and recreational spaces that will promote responsible growth in a City that is straining for more affordable places to live.
