The following are links to the winners and finalists of the ULI’s Jack Kemp Excellence in Affordable and Workforce Housing Awards. The awards honor developments that ensure housing affordability for a range of incomes, particularly for households earning below 120 percent of area median income (AMI), or mixed-income developments that serve households below 60 percent of AMI. Before 2014, only developments serving those earning 60–120 percent of AMI were eligible.
