Linda J. Isaacson leads Ferguson Partners’ Global Innovation and Technology practice out of the firm’s New York office. Her practice concentrates on innovation, digital transformation, disruptive technologies and other trends impacting the real estate, hospitality, senior housing, infrastructure, engineering and construction industries.
A proven initiator and strategic thinker, Linda has a well-documented record of success in senior management, advanced analytics, competitive strategies and business intelligence. She focuses on aligning C-Suite and Board leadership with cutting-edge technologies and creative processes that will drive the next wave of disruption in the built environment, including the innovation and digitization that impacts Big Data, PropTech, FinTech and ConTech. Her prior role in executive management for a Fortune 500 company focused on driving revenue growth through predictive analytics and technological initiatives.
Linda serves as Chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Global Exchange Council; Member of ULI’s New York Real Estate Technology and Innovation Council; Board Member for CREtech, a platform for thought leaders in the commercial real estate tech sector; and Advisory Board Member for Women in PropTech, a nonprofit dedicated to growing the number of female leaders in the PropTech industry. Linda also sits on several Advisory Tech Start-Up Boards and holds leadership positions in numerous real estate and technology-focused organizations. She holds a Master’s degree in Education from Boston University, a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami and a certificate from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School Aresty Institute of Executive Education in “Business Analytics: From Data To Insights.”
Linda is a ULI Global Governing Trustee and on the Board of the ULI Americas Executive Committee.

Adam Weers is a Principal at Trammell Crow Company with fifteen years of commercial real estate development and finance experience. Adam currently oversees the McMillan Healthcare Campus, a 1,000,000 SF component of the multi-phased, mixed-use redevelopment of the former McMillan sand filtration site in Washington, DC (Ward 5), and the Northeast Heights development, a 1,500,000 SF multi-phase, mixed-use residential, retail and office development in Washington, DC (Ward 7).
Adam has worked on a variety of projects and product types in his time with the firm, including the Shops at Dakota Crossing in Washington, DC, the Valo in Washington, DC, the Gateway Grand condominium in Ocean City, MD, the Shirlington Village condominium in Arlington, VA, and the South Kitchener Industrial Park outside of Toronto, ON.
In addition, Adam manages the company’s New Market Tax Credit platform which has received nine NMTC allocations from the CDFI Fund since 2004 totaling ~$740 million. Adam also serves on the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Steering Committee.

Elizabeth Razzi is editor in chief of Urban Land magazine, the flagship publication of the Urban Land Institute. Previously she wrote a column on real estate for the Washington Post, and served as editor of the newspaper’s real estate section. She wrote about housing, insurance, and mortgages for Kiplinger’s Personal Finance magazine and is the author of two consumer-advice books on buying and selling residential real estate.
